If you have lost your user name or password, please contact an administrator for your company's Manu Online account and ask them to go to the Admin menu -> User section, and open the user screen with your data. There is a password reset button on the screen which will email you a new temporary password.
If you are the "First User" for your account, and there are no other administrators on your account, please contact us through the Contact us form on our web site. Our support staff will organise a password reset to the original account email. They will contact you to verify your identity before doing so.
